Race Veterans: Please have your OVERALL PLACE and what year, from one of the past 3 years available, If ran in an early wave in 2013 and broke the 10” of fresh powder, I would suggest using a different year, or risk a lower wave seeding.

Rookies: Provide an estimate for a very hilly 7.5 mile trail run, in the format (hh:mm:ss).  Generally, this will be your 10 miles road race time or your 10k time multiplied by 1.6.
