What is Fit to be Tri'd?
A community effort by the Metro Tri-Club to increase fitness in the Alton / Edwardsville and surrounding communities.
Who else is involved?
We (and you) will be supported by:
- The Cyclery
- Fitness Designs Physical Therapy
- Metro Sports
- To provide the basic skills and knowledge so that our participants (you) can take part in Cross-Training activities associated with Triathlon.
- Improve participants (you ... again) fitness level.
- Complete the Wood River Triathlon
- Remember ... it's not about speed ... it's about getting you moving
What's in it for me?
- Free fitness Seminars.
- Training opportunities. Training with others makes workout's easier, more fun, and more productive.

Participant Details:

Open to those 18 years and older.

12 participants for 2010.

Communication via email please.

Provide your own transportation to events & seminars.

Be Motivated

Attend at least 4 seminars to continue with the program.

Pay $40 entry fee for Wood River Triathlon (turned in to Lisa Bodine by 4/15/2010)
