What is tracks n treads 

Tracks and Treads is the Metro Tri Clubs newest race. Choose between a 5K cross country race or an off road biathlon.

Price reduced

The 5k cross country race entry fee has been reduced from $25 to $17. With the active.com registration fee the total will be $20.00

5K Cross Country Race

Run a 5K cross country race on the same course as the Mud Mountain cross country race.

Off Road Biathlon

An off road biathlon consisting of a 5k cross country run followed by an 11 mile mountain bike ride on single track trails on the campus of SIUE.

When

The race is scheduled for Saturday, March 27th, 2010. Mass start at 9:00 am.

Where

Poag Road & University Drive on the campus of SIU Edwardsville. It is the same location as the Mud Mountain 5K cross country race.

Registration

Biathlon registration is $25.00 for an individual, $40.00 for a team.
5k registration is $17.00.

active.com will add a $3.00 registration fee.

No race day registration.

Registration closes March 25th @11:59 pm.
Registration is via active.com.

Awards

Overall male and female, age group awards 3 deep in 10 year age groups.

Rules

• All riders must wear an ANSI standard helmet.
• No wimps, no whiners.

Schwag

The first 150 entrants are guaranteed a long sleeve technical shirt.
